KushmaBazar is a free, community-based online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers in Kushma, Parbat, Nepal. We are currently operating on a voluntary, non-commercial basis. We do not charge fees for listing or buying at this stage.

KushmaBazar acts solely as a platform to connect users. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not take responsibility for the quality, legality, or delivery of any goods or services listed.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform.
• By using KushmaBazar, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws of Nepal.

By submitting a listing, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the item or authorised to sell/advertise it.
• All information provided (description, price, condition) is accurate and not misleading.
• The listing does not violate any Nepali law, including laws prohibiting the sale of illegal goods.
• You will not post duplicate, spam, or fraudulent listings.
• Listings may be reviewed and removed by our team at any time without notice if they violate these rules.

The following are strictly prohibited on KushmaBazar:

• Illegal items or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, etc.).
• Content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Listings that violate intellectual property rights.
• Fraudulent or misleading advertisements.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or harm to any person.
• Unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Any content that violates the laws of Nepal.

All transactions on KushmaBazar are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. KushmaBazar:

• Does not process payments or hold funds.
• Does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
• Is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions.
• Encourages users to meet in safe, public places for in-person exchanges.
• Recommends verifying the identity of the other party before completing a transaction.

If you are a victim of fraud or deception on this platform, you are encouraged to report it to the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau or relevant local authorities.

Our built-in messaging feature is provided to facilitate legitimate communication between buyers and sellers. You must not use it to:

• Send spam, harassment, or threatening messages.
• Solicit personal or financial information in a deceptive manner.
• Conduct any activity that violates these Terms or Nepali law.

All content on the KushmaBazar platform (logo, design, code) is the property of KushmaBazar. Content submitted by users (listings, images, messages) remains the property of the submitting user. By submitting content, you grant KushmaBazar a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nepali law, KushmaBazar shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from transactions between users.
• Inaccurate or misleading information in listings submitted by users.
• Interruption, errors, or unavailability of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by applicable Nepali law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. Users may stop using the platform at any time by ceasing access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of KushmaBazar shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Parbat District, Nepal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
